01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ak33 platform, including the website at ak33.one and any associated mobile applications. By accessing or using ak33 in any way — whether browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets — you agree to be bound by these terms.

ak33 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak33. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ak33 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak33 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ak33 support immediately at [email protected].

• Accounts must be registered using a valid mobile number that you own and control.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• ak33 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

04 Deposits and Payments

ak33 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad, the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

The minimum deposit on ak33 is clearly displayed on the deposit page and is subject to change. Deposits are typically credited to your ak33 account instantly. In rare cases where a delay occurs, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

• ak33 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.
• ak33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be linked to fraudulent activity.
• All transactions on ak33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ak33 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods will not be processed.

Before your first withdrawal, ak33 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is required by our licensing obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or other government-issued identification.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though most are completed much faster.
• ak33 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply charges on their end.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• ak33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification in cases where fraud or rule violations are suspected.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ak33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Bonus page at the time the offer is active. By claiming any bonus on ak33, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all ak33 promotions include:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ak33 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ak33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases of a clear technical error on the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or sporting event, ak33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on ak33. These limits are displayed within each game.
• ak33 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or series of bets at its discretion.
• Odds and game outcomes on ak33 are determined by certified random number generators or live event results. ak33 does not manipulate outcomes.

For cricket betting specifically, results are determined by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account on ak33.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the ak33 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using ak33 for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ak33 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ak33 staff or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming

ak33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity. These tools are available from the account settings menu at any time and include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• In no event will ak33's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits ak33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your ak33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification is pending.

ak33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to ak33.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ak33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

13 Changes to Terms

ak33 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
